Various compression and file formats are currently being trialed. This page will eventually list all files available automatically.

The wmv files should playback whilst downloading (assuming sufficient bandwidth) whereas the avi files will download first then playback. If the wmv files pause occassionally during playback, try adjusting the palyback buffer (view, options, advanced) to be ~30 seconds.

File sizes vary between 2.5M and 3.5M.
